DARKFIELD RADIO TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms relate to the purchase and or the purchase and usage of the digital platform and service known as DARKFIELD RADIO.

For access codes purchased from partner websites, the Terms & Conditions of the applicable website take precedence over these Terms & Conditions. 

 

If your enjoyment of the performance is in any way compromised due to the malfunctioning of the Darkfield Radio App, we will book you into an alternative show.

All tickets are otherwise non-refundable

Please take time and pay attention when you are selecting the date and time you wish to attend - we will not be able to change the date for you once tickets are purchased.

 

Your ticket is only valid for the session time and date you purchased.

One ticket is valid for one person and one session time only. For Visitors, you are required to purchase two tickets at once - the two tickets will provide access for two people.

 

The audio will automatically start at the time on your ticket, latecomers will miss the first part of the experience.

Any claims regarding technical operating issues with the app should be made within one hour of your selected session time.
